Exchanges or Return


ECOLOOM ® takes pride in offering the finest quality in handwoven Maheshwari craft and providing truest possible representation of products to you online. However, in an unlikely event that you do want to exchange or return the product purchased by you, terms are as follows:

  • We only exchange the product and do not offer complete returns.
  • In order to place an exchange request, drop us an email at within 24hrs of receipt of the product. Whtsapp, sms or direct message on Instagram will not considered as a viable exchange request.
  • Products should be sent back to us within 7 working days.
    • Products can be exchanged in case of genuine manufacturing defects; slight imperfections are part of unique charm of handwoven products and must be deemed acceptable.
    • We try to ensure the best portraiture of the color and texture of the product through digital images, however there is always a chance of slight variation in online medium. Therefore, No EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE OFFERED ON ACCOUNT of VARIATION IN COLOR or personal liking in the product received.
    • Request for exchange will be processed after the product has been received by us at address: 1st Floor, 363 , Bhanu Pratap Estate , Sultanpur Extension, New Delhi, 110030.
  • Exchange products should be returned to us unused, unworn, folded to their original fold, packaged properly in saleable condition with tagging intact.
  • Shipping and handlings charges are to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
  • Products purchased under special request of attached fall, picot, stitched or cut blouse cannot be exchanged.
  • Ecoloom cannot be held responsible for any damage to product purchased due to rains, incorrect cleaning and care and normal wear and tear.
  • Product purchases cancelled after the product has been invoiced or dispatched cannot be entertained. Therefore, all cancellations must be made within 12 hrs of making the purchase.
  • All customs and duties for returns and shipping of the the exchanged products is to be borne by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the exchange request if above conditions are not met.
